A rich and varied academic curriculum is complemented by Star Academy’s state of the art facilities. We provide aesthetically pleasing environments that are optimal for learning. We provide ample space for outdoor physical activity, with additional spaced indoors the event of inclement weather. Each of our campuses is identical in curriculum and administrative structure.
Our Watertown location opened in 2018 with its first class of twelve students, the graduates of 2030. Now our Watertown campus holds Grades K-8 with additional space for Preschool students.
Our Wellesley campus opens September 2021. This campus will include Grades K-8 and Preschool.
Excellent nutrition is imperative for active young minds and bodies. Our school provides hot organic meals throughout the school day and during after care (breakfasts, lunches & snacks).
Star Academy offers after care from 3:20-5:45pm, Monday through Friday for students of Star Academy. Our basic program offers homework assistance, private one-on-one tutoring, indoor/outdoor playtime, a hot meal, and the ability to participate in elective programming such as: clubs, sports, organizations, and more. Piano and Vocal Music lessons, amongst other private lessons may be purchased at an additional price.
Star Academy offers an abundance of elective classes in math, foreign language, theater arts, music, physical education, and more. This exposes children to a wide variety of activities and helps discover what they enjoy and excel in the most.
The creators of Star Academy have the child's interests in mind, and also value the interests of the parents. The extensive school curriculum exposes the children to many different spheres of knowledge and experiential learning during daytime - a prime time for learning. As a result, many after school activities become unnecessary. However for those still looking for additional after school programming, the after school program has ample offerings all under one roof. Thus, we take away the burden of shuffling schedules, circuitous driving, and limited family or weekend time to yourselves.
Star Academy runs on a trimester basis, thus maximizing the exposure to various electives.
