Description
The fifth week of our summer program takes us on an adventure through the “COSMOS”. The week will start with an introduction to the theme, followed by team-building games like ‘Mystery Box’ and ‘Find a Code’, designed to stimulate curiosity and collaboration among participants.
Craft activities will revolve around the celestial, with participants creating models of planets and stars, and even constructing a pyramid. We’ll use both indoor projections and outdoor apps to learn about star constellations during the daytime.
Outdoor games will remain a crucial part of our program, including water games, Frisbee, Limbo, Spike ball, and a basketball tournament. We’ll also delve into the world of Lego Technic, creating celestial bodies and space-themed designs.
Our week will also include field trips to the Museum of Air and Space and a local observatory, providing participants a chance to learn about the cosmos in a hands-on environment. Another day will take us to a golf club, where participants will enjoy a day of outdoor activities.
Indoor activities will keep the cosmic theme alive with games like ‘Moonwalker’ and ‘Astronaut’, while a showing of the ‘Fox-Cosmos’ movie will deepen our understanding of the universe.
A special treat will be our ‘Graffiti-planets’ session, where participants can express their creativity and understanding of the cosmos through art. The week will end on a sweet note with a cooking session where we’ll make sugar lollipops.
Our “COSMOS” themed week promises to be an exciting, fun, and educational journey through the universe, its celestial bodies, and the mysteries they hold, as part of our immersive summer program.
The total cost encompasses both the weekly activity expenses and an administrative fee required for program maintenance and operations.
