Star Academy Hosts Regional Bee Competitions in History, Science, and Geography
WELLESLEY, MA – This past weekend, Star Academy successfully hosted the regional Bee Competitions, which challenged students on their knowledge of History, Science, and Geography. The buzzer-based quiz tournament brought together top students from schools across Massachusetts. Winners earned the opportunity to compete in the National Competitions in Orlando and the International Competitions in France!
Star Academy’s 13 Middle and Upper School participants delivered outstanding performances. Here are the highlights:
1st Place in History Bee: Amina Aguzarova (9th Grade)
2nd Place in Geography Bee: Eric Ayrumyan (10th Grade)
Qualified for Nationals & Internationals:
Boris Perlin (7th Grade) in Science
Andrew Kotov (7th Grade) in Science
Angella Feng (7th Grade) in History
